e-pill Announces Portable Pain Pill Dispenser for Work or School
Date:2/6/2013

Boston, MA (PRWEB) February 06, 2013

For patients undergoing treatment with habit forming medications / scheduled medications / pain pills (such as Oxycodone®, Vicodin®, Dilaudid®, Suboxone®) or antipsychotics, Boston based e-pill Medication Reminders today announced the availability of a locked portable tamper-resistant automatic pill dispenser. The new portable e-pill dispenser fits in a backpack or purse and can go wherever the patient goes. This e-pill allows patients taking analgesics, mental health patients in an outpatient setting or patients undergoing substance abuse treatment or any patient needing controlled access to multiple medications per day a way to avoid having to have medications dispensed in a clinic, half-way house or similar setting.

Bring your e-pill pain pill dispenser along wherever you go. “Today we are releasing a brand new e-pill to help patients re-gain their independence. Bring your pain meds to work or school in a locked e-pill dispenser,” says Stefan Solvell President of e-pill Medication Reminders. “Keeps your scheduled, antipsychotic or meds with street value, secure from theft and keeps the patient herself/himself from trying to take too many pills. Yet this locked e-pill can dispense analgesics on an automatic time schedule up to 4 times per day for one week”.

The e-pill Med-O-Wheel SECURE (SKU 870812 / UPC 837066002736) is available at an introductory price of $489.95 (suggested retail price is $650.00) and comes complete with two medication trays and two metal keys. This e-pill dispenser device has already been successfully used in outpatient drug treatment programs in the Nordic countries (Finland and Sweden) and is immediately available for sale in the US and Canada at http://www.epill.com/medowheelsecur.html or by calling 1-800-549-0095.
