e was a preceptor at Yale University School of Medicine from 1994 to 1996. Dr. Salerno graduated magna cum laude from Adelphi University, in Garden City, New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology. Dr. Salerno is also the co-author of the popular weight loss e-book, The Silver Cloud Diet (www.thesilverclouddiet.com). Dr. Salerno was recognized in 2002 by America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals.

Judy Penta is a nutritionist and Holistic Health Counselor, certified by the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) and Columbia University Teachers College. She has an MBA, a BS in Nutrition and is a Certified Personal Trainer by the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Her mission is to provide customized, comprehensive programs, focusing on healthy eating and lifestyle changes, supporting long-term health and disease prevention. She believes this integration promotes balance in all aspects of life, and improves overall wellness.
