NEW YORK, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Oleh Slupchynskyj has been named one of "America's Top Surgeons" for 2009 by the Consumers' Research Council of America, an independent Washington, D.C.-based research organization that provides information guides for consumers of professional services throughout the United States. This is the second time that Dr. Slupchynskyj has been selected by the Council. He was also chosen in 2007.

The Consumers' Research Council of America compiled the list of top surgeons by using a point value system. The criteria include experience, training, education, professional associations and board certifications.
