China Sky One Medical, Inc. to Hold Annual Meeting of Shareholders on September 24, 2009

HARBIN, China, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Sky One Medical, Inc. ("China Sky One Medical" or "the Company") (Nasdaq: CSKI), a leading fully integrated pharmaceutical company producing over-the-counter drugs in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that the Company's 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at Harbin Shen Te Hotel which is in close proximity to the Company's headquarters in Harbin, China. The proxy materials and annual report on Form 10-K are available on the Company's website http://www.cski.com.cn .

The time and venue of China Sky One Medical's Annual Meeting are as follows:

     Date:   Thursday, September 24, 2009
     Time:   9:30 am (Beijing Time)
     Venue:  No. 58, Gan Shui Road, Nangang District, Harbin,
             People's Republic of China 150090

At the annual meeting the following two proposals will be submitted for shareholders' approval, fully described in the Proxy Statement issued on August 26, 2009.

     1. To elect seven (7) directors, as described in the Proxy Statement; and
     2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the
         Annual Meeting.

China Sky One Medical's executives will provide an investor presentation to discuss the Company's growth strategy, business outlook, and financial performance. The Company's management and Board members will also accept questions from analysts and investors. For those unable to attend the annual meeting, a video record will be available on the Company's website from September 25, 2009.
