ANY LAB TEST NOW®, the first direct-access lab testing franchise company with over 100 locations nationwide, announced today the launch of 5 Infectious Disease panels that will test for staph infections, H1N1-09, food poisoning and other gastrointestingal diseases, viral and bacterial infections, among others. These panels will help both doctors and consumers definitively and accurately diagnose multiple viral and bacterial pathogens in a single test with next day results.

(Vocus) May 19, 2010 -- ANY LAB TEST NOW®, the first direct-access lab testing franchise company with over 100 locations nationwide, announced today the launch of 5 Infectious Disease panels that will help doctors and consumers definitively and accurately diagnose multiple viral and bacterial pathogens in a single test with next day results.

Through its partnership with DIATHERIX Laboratories, these panels are analyzed using the world’s only Multiplex Differential Diagnosis (MDD) Target-Enriched Multiplexing Polymerase Chain Reaction (Tem-PCR) testing service, a clinically-accepted and DNA-based procedure that is more accurate, faster and comprehensive. Tem-PCR is the first diagnostic tool introduced to the clinical market that can identify multiple pathogens, detect co-infections and determine genetic drug resistance in a single result.
