ActiveStrategy iRound™ is Launched to Enable Seamless Capture of Field-Level Performance Management Data

on application for the iPhone when it launched ActiveStrategy Mobile™ for iPhone nearly two years ago. ActiveStrategy Mobile allows clients to view organizational performance information, such as scorecards and performance metrics, on iPhones and iPod Touch devices. It is primarily used by organizational leaders and decision makers who need to have access to overall performance trends no matter where they are in the world. This new application, ActiveStrategy iRound, provides connectivity from a totally different angle – bringing the reality of on-the-ground conditions into the organizational scorecards or dashboards.

ActiveStrategy iRound received positive interest when it was first shown at the 21st Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care in December of 2009 and several healthcare clients have been using it since that time to collect information about conditions related to safety, quality, patient satisfaction and brand consistency across point-of-care locations. ActiveStrategy is now making the product available to all clients, noting that ActiveStrategy iRound is particularly well suited to:

 
  • Healthcare applications, such as clinical rounding, safety compliance, and patient satisfaction
  • Manufacturing applications, such as line-level quality sampling and safety inspections
  • Military applications, such as command climate surveys
  • Government applications, such as citizen feedback, service delivery monitoring
  • Provide real-time feedback from internal and external customers across all other industries
