"ZyDoc is honored to be selected by the Colorado Mental Health Institute to perform their medical transcription services," according to James M. Maisel, M.D., Chairman of ZyDoc. ZyDoc has worked in challenging environments such as prisons before and we were able to quickly assemble a comprehensive workflow solution to meet their technical, turnaround, quality and U.S. based transcription needs."
With the CMHIP award, ZyDoc continues to strengthen its reputation for excellence as a preferred transcription service for large mental health institutions. Other ZyDoc clients in the sector include Memphis Mental Health Institute (Tennessee); Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio; and Mental Health Management Services, Inc., the leading national specialist in providing mental health programs and services to correctional systems, serving over 100 facilities nationwide.
"We recently awarded a state contract to ZyDoc Medical Transcription to provide a web-based electronic signature transcription solution for our mental health facilities," states Carmen DeBiaso, Director, Medical Records Department at CMHIP. "This organization raised my level of confidence which opened a door of opportunity to implement a major internal reorganization by reallocating the internal transcription staff as Unit Clerks to assist the treatment team on the Psychiatric and Medical/Surgical units. We are pleased with the decision to award the contract to ZyDoc and have plans for a long-term relationship."
