Hauppauge, NY (PRWEB) September 9, 2009 -- ZyDoc Medical Transcription announced today that it has signed a contract to provide web-based transcription services for Consolidated Services Group (CSG), a leading medical claims management company headquartered in Pennsylvania, with offices in New Jersey and Connecticut. ZyDoc's customized workflow solution for CSG solved their challenge of providing their customers with fast and accurate web-based medical transcriptions of Medical Director Reviews. Under the terms of the contract, ZyDoc provides a full range of customized e-transcription services for CSG. These services include the design, programming, training, and support for the technical infrastructure as it relates to dictation and transcription for independent medical evaluations in all medical specialties.

With the CSG contract, ZyDoc continues to expand its web-based service offerings to large and mid-sized organizations that require a customized enterprise-level transcription solution integrated with other systems. "ZyDoc was able to support our transcription needs immediately. With the help of a rapid prototype and their suggested solutions based on our requirements, we were quickly able to finalize our workflow and interface solutions. ZyDoc delivered this in record time and continued to work with us on training and support. Their transcription work has been on time and excellent in quality. In combination with our MEDLOGIX® system, we can now offer our customers a more effective service solution."
