Date:4/6/2013

the first trials in the federal Zoloft birth defect litigation will begin in October 2014. All of the Zoloft lawsuits pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania allege that use of Zoloft during pregnancy can increase the risk of delivering a child with severe birth defects, including pulmonary hypertension in newborns (PPHN), spina bifida and other neural tube defects, heart defects, abdominal defects, and club foot.

Victims of possible Zoloft birth defects may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and more.
