Zero Wait-State Announces New Leadership Team and Strategic Focus

r packaged services that help companies that own these products to better leverage the solutions and derive greater value from ownership. These include offerings like the Oracle Accelerate Solution for Engineering Collaboration. Customers will benefit from more robust and broader software products and better defined service offerings that will limit service cost and decrease time to value.

To support this new product oriented direction Zero Wait-State has augmented their management team bringing in Richard Haner as Company Chairman. Haner has extensive industry experience at companies like Texas Instruments and Compaq and most recently as a partner at Centerpoint Ventures. Haner’s experience working with start-up companies and his industry contacts are a perfect fit for Zero Wait-State’s new direction. “I am very excited about the prospect of working with Zero Wait-State” ,said Haner. “Their relationships with companies like Oracle and Dassault and their long history with PTC put them in an ideal situation to deliver value and grow rapidly. Given the company’s past success with clients like John Deere, Dell, Raytheon, Cisco and Harris I am confident we will continue to gain momentum and recognition as an industry leader in integration and PLM solutions.”

Haner will be working closely with Stephen Porter, one of the founders of Zero Wait-State and current Vice President of Sales and Marketing. It has been determined by the Zero Wait-State board that his background and skill set is best suited for Zero Wait-State’s new direction. “Stephen’s industry experience and his ability to communicate our value proposition to our partners and clients is a critical part of our growth strategy.
