Miami, FL (PRWEB) August 24, 2013

The start of the school year also means the start of cross country running. This running sport is one of the most popular middle school and high school sports in the US. Zensah®, a Miami-based compression apparel company, has the best compression products for cross country runners. Zensah® recently released the compression leg sleeves in four new colors to help athletes match with team uniforms: aqua, magenta, electric purple, and heather silver. Zensah® incorporates technology and color into their compression apparel, and now offers the compression leg sleeves in over 30 different patterns and colors.

Cross country running takes athletes onto natural terrain and hills that put a lot of strain on the calf and shin muscles. Compression offers the benefits of muscle stabilization, faster recovery, and decreased fatigue. When training for cross country, runners benefit from wearing compression sleeves and compression socks to help prevent injuries like shin splints and speed up recovery after competitions.

Zensah’s Compression Leg Sleeves offer unique chevron ribbing and pin-point compression, designed to imitate athletic tapping and provide targeted support to the leg muscles. Cross country runner’s benefit from wearing the compression leg sleeves prior to running, during competition, and afterwards for recovery. The compression leg sleeves
