Z Trim to Be Distributed to Meat and Poultry Industries by World Technology Ingredients

MUNDELEIN, Ill., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Z Trim Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ZTMH), manufacturer of multifunctional fiber ingredients, and World Technology Ingredients (WTI), a specialty ingredients company to the meat and poultry industries, today announced that Z Trim ingredients will be represented to the meat industry via WTI.

Based in Jefferson, Georgia, where they maintain a state-of-the-art, 46,000 foot manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facility, WTI has been selling food ingredients nationally and internationally since 1978 and has become a leader in marination products and technologies.
