About Sunset Foods

Sunset Foods is a family owned neighborhood supermarket dedicated to providing the finest customer service since the doors opened in 1937. The company is small enough to get to know their customers and large enough to stock an outstanding selection of food, liquor, floral and other items at competitive prices. Sunset's friendly, competent staff makes shopping at their stores a pleasurable experience.

Today, Sunset has four locations that employ approximately 900 employees fulfilling the Sunset promise of the best in customer service. All employees are customer-focused, instilled with the "People are Friendlier Around Sunset" brand, and reaching out to customers by loading their groceries, publishing a quarterly magazine, providing complimentary cooking and nutrition classes and providing special orders upon request for products that are not on the shelf.

Sunset carries a wide variety of foods including many ethnic brands and specialty health and organic foods. Their meat and fish departments offer the finest cuts. Their produce department carries the freshest assortment of seasonal fruits and vegetables. The Sunset Deli is a popular stop for busy moms and professionals, and is chock full of pre-cooked meals, exotic salads and other tasty dishes.
