Young Asset Protection Publicizes Fighting Fore Roman Charity Golf Event to Benefit Young Local Boy with Spinal Tumors
Date:7/14/2017

Young Asset Protection, a Pennsylvania agency providing insurance planning and financial consulting services to business owners and families in the greater Pittsburgh region, is broadening an ongoing charity event in conjunction with the Children’s Tumor Foundation to provide for the family of Roman, a young boy struggling to overcome Neurofibromatosis.

Roman, an eight year old boy from Robinson Township, was diagnosed Neurofibromatosis in 2014, and has since undergone multiple treatments to purge the tumors growing on his spine. Young Asset Protection is announcing the second annual ‘Fighting Fore Roman’ charity golfing event to raise money for the Children’s Tumor Foundation.

“Our agency believes that no child should have to deal with a serious illness and miss out on a normal childhood and our agency wants to ensure that the family has financial assistance and support from their community” says Megan Young, executive manager and agency principal for Young Asset Protection.

Much of the support gathered for the Fighting Fore Roman charity gold event thus far has been gathered from online sources, thanks to the efforts of Young and her team in utilizing social media and email channels. Further publicity for the charity golf event is anticipated pending the release of a new articling in “Our Hometown,” a monthly webzine hosted by Young Asset Protection: http://www.youngassetprotection.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.

A growing number of regional charities and nonprofits in the Pittsburgh region have received assistance from Young and her team in generating public support over the last several years. As a dedicated member firm in the “Agents of Change” network, Young Asset Protection plans to continue supporting new regional charities regularly.

Everyone who would like to be involved in the Fighting Fore Roman charity event to raise support for the Children’s Tumor Foundation is invited by the Young Asset Protection team to visit this page and take action: http://www.youngassetprotection.com/Fighting-For-Kids-Like-Little-Roman_24_community_cause. All charity events hosted by Young and her team in the past have been archived on the firm’s Community Causes listing: http://www.youngassetprotection.com/community-cause.
