Young America Confirms Christopher R. Behrens as President and Chief Executive Officer

Young America, one of the largest engagement marketing agencies in the country, announced today the confirmation of Christopher R. Behrens as President and CEO. Mr. Behrens was previously serving as Chairman and interim President and CEO. The change is part of a client-centric growth plan to invest in the high-growth areas of its business.

“By taking a client-centric marketing and investment approach, and continuing our expansion into digital and database marketing solutions, Young America will build upon its leading market position and grow with new technologies,” says Mr. Behrens. “Young America’s clients are hungry for growth and success by utilizing data driven marketing solutions across the new “omni-channel” (traditional, digital, social and mobile) marketplace, inclusive of customer experiences that promote collaboration. Young America is well positioned to expand the its traditional promotional marketing services to include omni-channel engagement, data services, analytics and targeted remarketing.

“Our mission is to provide clients with a proven return on the investments they make to engage and motivate their customers to take action, buy more and spread the word,” says Behrens. “I am excited to take that commitment and our services offering to a whole new level.”

Prior to Young America, Mr. Behrens worked with the Baird Capital Partners investment team to execute investment strategies, and source potential transactions to build digital marketing services companies. Prior to Baird Capital Partners, Mr. Behrens was President and CEO of SourceLink, LLC a business he grew to become North America’s 4th largest privately held marketing services company. Prior to SourceLink, Mr. Behrens was President and CEO of ETrac, a technology (SaaS) services business, and held various positions at GE Financial Assurance, including Senior Vice President Sales
