About the Author
Dr. Frid helped many Fortune 100 companies cope with the challenges of emerging technologies over the past three decades and, in the process, has earned numerous awards for his work. He holds a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering and a Masters in Management from the University of Redlands, and a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. He has spoken internationally on pitfalls and perils that are often associated with the unpredictable nature of developing new technology.
