Xhibit Corp. Signs Agency Of Record Agreement With ConvergenceHealth

Xhibit Corp. (OTCQB: XBTC) (“the Company” or “Xhibit”), a leader in digital marketing and advertising solutions and ConvergenceHealth, a leader in global health systems and technology, have entered an exclusive agreement for Xhibit Corp. to act as exclusive agency of record for ConvergenceHealth's digital media services effective January 8, 2013.

As the exclusive agency of record for ConvergenceHealth, Xhibit will provide the digital advertising, digital communications and digital media strategies that complement the sophisticated solutions that ConvergenceHealth currently provides its enterprise clients.

Previously, ConvergenceHealth worked with multiple providers to develop the external digital media and digital marketing components integral to the comprehensive strategic health improvement services ConvergenceHealth offers.
The transition to Xhibit as the selected single provider for digital marketing and advertising is intended to further enhance ConvergenceHealth’s efficiencies and secure access to the latest innovative approaches to digital media for its enterprise clients.
