Leading Online Survey Software Continues To Delight Users

Braintree, MA (PRWEB) March 11, 2010 -- A recent survey conducted by WorldAPP Inc. revealed that existing customers were overwhelming satisfied with the Key Survey experience and the company’s customer-centric support services. WorldAPP, the industry leader in online on-demand data collection and management technologies, places an ongoing emphasis on:

Launched on January 23, 2010, WorldAPP’s customer service survey asked all current customers to rate their experience with Key Survey and their satisfaction with WorldAPP support. Surveys were deployed, managed and tallied using the robust Key Survey web-based software solution.

Respondents expressed strong satisfaction in their overall experience with Key Survey, with 95.1 percent considering their experience good, very good or excellent. An impressive 93.2 percent also expressed strong satisfaction in WorldAPP’s support, with 47.3 very satisfied. WorldAPP conducts customer surveys, critically evaluating technical and customer support issues and incident reports to proactively address challenges and relentlessly boost performance.
