Date:12/27/2013

Rancho Cucamonga, CA (PRWEB) December 27, 2013

Innerhealth Care Center & World Gardens Café will be offering a free educational class to the community to help people discover the true importance of their digestive system. Guests are invited to attend the Digestion 101 workshop to learn how to improve their digestive system and improve their overall health with healthy eating habits. The class will take place on Saturday, January 11th, 2014 from 10:00 AM until noon and will include a complimentary lunch provided by World Gardens Café. Pre-registration is required. To register, call 909-581-7120 or email Rachel(at)worldgardenscafe(dot)com.

The instructor, Cece Alvarado, is a National board and I-Act certified Colon Hydro therapist. As a young woman Alvarado had a multitude of ailments such as migraines, severe constipation, cystic acne and high blood pressure. She also suffered from a mild stroke when she was in her late 30’s. Through her studies and research she was able to heal most her ailments and she discovered her passion for helping others find solutions to their health challenges. “Most people don’t realize that 70 to 80 percent of their immune system resides in their digestive track,” says Alvarado. “If you have ever eaten junk food, sweets, caffeine, soda, chemically treated and preserved food, you will benefit from this class”.
