Women’s Health and Surgery Center Launches Mobile Website for Patients
Date:4/29/2013

Stafford, VA (PRWEB) April 29, 2013

Women’s Health and Surgery Center OB/GYN in Stafford and Fredericksburg, VA was the first OB/GYN practice in their region to have website which was launched in 2008 and since then, they receive about 15,000 visitors to their site monthly. Now, they have launched a new mobile website to give those patients searching for them access on their mobile devices.

“We were trailblazers in our community for online presence and technology and many other practices have since followed suit,” said Kurian Thott M.D. CEO and Physician at Women’s Health and Surgery Center OB/GYN. “We were also the first OB/GYN practice to utilize a EMR system which has helped streamline our patient care and improved our ability to see patients efficiently,” he added.

“Having a strong online presence is critical for both patients and the practice to improve both access and management of care,” said Shelly James M.D. physician at Women’s Health and Surgery Center OB/GYN in their Fredericksburg, VA office. “When patients are searching for either an OB/GYN in their region or looking for information about their health, it is good that we can be one of the first sites they land on,” added Dr. James.

With our addition of a mobile site, they now have the ability to reach into many more devices patients can potentially use. The practice website can be found at http://www.obgynvirginia.com with either desktop or mobile device and the site has YouTube videos of the doctors in the practice and even has videos of surgical procedures being performed.
