Women's Excellence in Menopause Now Offering Treatment Options for Decreased Sex Drive near Rochester Hills, Michigan; Natural Therapy Available via Bioidentical Hormones

Menopause causes unseen changes in a woman’s chemical and hormonal balance which affects their interest in intimacy, self-perception, and energy level, as well as physical changes in the body. These changes can make women feel less desirable and make intimacy physically uncomfortable. In the past, women have typically accepted these changes as a normal part of aging. Today however, bioidentical hormones, vitamins, and other treatment modalities to help maintain sexual desire and maintain the physical health necessary for sexual function.

Options for treatment of decreased sex drive and impaired sexual function may include natural biodentical hormones in pill form, topical or vaginal preparations, dietary and exercise regimens, vitamin supplementation, and/or medications to rebalance chemicals to elevate mood.
