Leading Baton Rouge, LA based organization will leverage Risk MonitorPro
    (R) and Feedback MonitorPro(R) for better reporting and analysis of
    patient feedback and adverse events

CAMBRIDGE, MA, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ - rL Solutions, the leading provider of healthcare quality and safety software, announced today that Woman's Hospital has selected rL Solutions to enhance its patient safety and quality of care initiatives.

Named by Modern Healthcare magazine as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare, Woman's Hospital will utilize Risk MonitorPro(R) for the tracking, management and analysis of adverse events, and Feedback MonitorPro(R) to manage and report on patient feedback directly from the hospital floor. Capturing and analyzing this information via a software based solution will allow Woman's Hospital to provide a better patient experience and pinpoint areas of the organization that need improvement. The software will also augment the other patient safety initiatives being undertaken in the hospital.

"Improving the health of women and infants is the mission of Woman's Hospital, and through our programs and deeds we strive to achieve this on a daily basis," said Del Currier, Director, Quality, Woman's Hospital. "Having the ability to capture, analyze and report on feedback and adverse events will help us to get a better understanding of where we need to focus our resources in order to provide the best care possible to our patients."

"Woman's Hospital's unwavering commitment to its patients is evident in the values it holds and the programs it undertakes," said Sanjay Malaviya, President & CEO, rL Solutions. "Partnering with a compassionate organization such as Woman's to augment its patient safety initiative is a great honor for rL Solutions, and we look forward to learning and growing with Woman's in the years to come."
