The Insider's Lara Spencer Will Emcee Event

NEW YORK, Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Woman's Day magazine's 5th Annual Red Dress Awards will kick off American Heart Month by honoring four women who have made significant contributions to the fight against heart disease, the number one killer of women today.
The Insider's Lara Spencer will emcee the event on Thursday, January 31st at the Stone Rose Lounge in New York City. Actress Allison Janney (West Wing, Juno) will receive a Red Heart Award for her efforts in raising heart health awareness. Six-time Grammy award-winner and heart disease survivor Toni Braxton will debut an exclusive Campbell's Red Dress designed by Lisa Perry in support of the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women campaign.

women will develop some form of the disease, yet many women of all ages are

The 2008 Woman's Day Red Dress Award recipients are:
