Wind Power Systems, LLC (WPS) Launches PPM to Raise $2.5M for Earth Friendly Patent Pending "Small Wind" Turbine

Wind Power Systems (WPS) has developed an affordable alternative energy wind turbine for the commercial and residential “Small Wind” market providing cost saving, sustainable, clean-tech energy independence.

Boca Raton, FL. April 15, 2010 -- Wind Power Systems, LLC (“WPS”), an alternative energy company specializing in a Patent Pending small and micro wind turbine system for use directly by commercial and residential consumers, has commenced the sale of equity units to raise $2.5 million in new capital.

“WPS is offering a 25% equity stake in the company through the sale of 400 Units in a Private Placement Memorandum” said H. Logan Pierson, Manager-Member and the owner of a majority interest in WPS. The offering is eligible in 39 states, including Florida, California, and New York, as well as Puerto Rico.

Each Unit being offered for sale to accredited investors is priced at $6,250.00 with a minimum investment of Four (4) Units ($25,000.00). WPS reserves the right to accept a fractional investment by an accredited investor of Two (2) Units for $12,500.00.

“This is a major step for Wind Power Systems, LLC in its goal to bring to market a unique, cost-effective, and affordable vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) for commercial, residential, government, military, emergency, marine, and non-profit uses” added Pierson.

WPS has a U.S. Patent Pending on a second-generation prototype of its renewable, sustainable, and earth friendly wind turbine power system and a portion of the capital raised through the offering will enable the company to further refine the product by wind tunnel testing and fluid dynamics before commencing production.
