Whoopi Goldberg Discusses The Results Of Virgin Atlantic's Flying Without Fear Program on The View.

(PRWEB) April 1, 2009 -- Whoopi has been terrified of flying for over a decade and with business demands in London requiring her to fly to the UK, Whoopi has decided to conquer her fear once and for all. On The View today, Whoopi discusses the results.

"I am sweating a lot. My mind is doing bad stuff to me….I am not a good flyer. I don't like it. I don't wanna do it," says Whoopi.

Whoopi Goldberg agreed to be helped with her fear of flying courtesy of Sir Richard Branson and Virgin Atlantic's Flying Without Fear program. The program uses education, practical experience and the special psychological techniques of Thought Field Therapy (TFT) to provide rapid relief from the panic, anxiety, claustrophobia and turbulence of fear of flying in just a single day.

Dr. Roger Callahan, the inventor of this well-proven method, trained Virgin's Flying Without Fear program's lead therapist, Gillian Harvey Bush in Thought Field Therapy (TFT). TFT offers dynamic results in a very short space of time and is incredibly effective in helping with phobias, fears, traumas, anxiety and stress. It is very appropriate for short-term therapy programs such as Flying Without Fear, as the effects are virtually instantaneous.
