The Kentucky EMS for Children (EMSC) Program works to decrease pediatric mortality and morbidity due to severe illness or injury by enhancing pediatric emergency care services throughout the state, providing training, education and policy development. The Kentucky EMSC program is administered by the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services (KBEMS), a division of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).
