Wheelchair Professionals Selects Authentidate's Inscrybe Healthcare Platform to Streamline Mobility Order Processing

Leading Mobility Claims Administrator to U.S. Insurers Strengthens its

Service Commitment to Providers, Physicians and Patients

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., March 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Authentidate Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ADAT), a worldwide provider of secure workflow management software and web-based services, today announced that Wheelchair Professionals, one of the nation's leading mobility benefit providers to national and regional insurers in the United States, will utilize the Inscrybe(TM) Healthcare platform from Authentidate(R) to improve how mobility products ordered through the Wheelchair Professionals network are managed.

Inscrybe's secure web-based platform enables online entry, update and electronic signature of physician referrals and orders for mobility products. For the Wheelchair Professionals network of Associate Providers, Inscrybe will automatically process, track and collate all mobility orders and supporting documentation, whether entered online or via fax. The online platform converts the current paper order process into a more efficient paperless electronic process, reducing time and overhead costs. In addition, Inscrybe's error checking algorithms ensure order accuracy, thereby enabling Wheelchair Professionals to assure the timely delivery of the right products to patients which improves the quality of care.

"The strength of our network of Associate Providers relies heavily on efficiently processing mobility claims for our customers," said Doug Gouy, President and CEO, Wheelchair Professionals. "We aim to provide world-class service for our Associate Providers, Physicians, and field-based professionals. Our overall goal is to simplify the administration of mobility orders to help raise the standards of patient care in our industry, along with maintaining the highest level of regulatory compliance - goals that Authentidate's Inscrybe Healthcare will help us achieve."

Inscrybe Healthcare offers an extra layer of protection by authenticating content that passes through its system by using the United States Postal Service(R) Electronic Postmark(R) seal. The flexibility of the Inscrybe platform supports customer operating processes that are constantly evolving as a result of ongoing business needs and regulatory changes. Inscrybe's HIPAA compliant platform offers seamless interoperability with existing in-house and other external systems eliminating overhead costs and the potential for errors typical with manual re-entry of information.

"By utilizing the Inscrybe Healthcare solution, Wheelchair Professionals and its network of Associated Providers will be able to streamline their operations by communicating electronically with Physicians and other professionals throughout the healthcare industry," said Paul Skinner, Vice President of Sales and Client Services at Authentidate. He continued, "Authentidate is committed to continuously improving the efficiency of Healthcare transactions by reducing workflow complexity and enhancing regulatory compliance. As a proven solution that meets the needs of health insurance companies, health benefits providers and claims administrators, we believe a great opportunity exists to continue to serve this market."
