TM) technology platform automates the collection of clinical data from physician practices' existing data sources, including transcription, electronic medical record (EMR), practice management, lab, and registry systems. The data is accessed by physicians through real-time Web-based reports that identify patients whose current treatment does not meet clinical guidelines, enabling physicians to provide appropriate, evidence-based medical care to patients in a cost-effective manner.
