INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- WellPoint (NYSE: WLP) announced that Angela Braly, president and CEO, appeared at the Norfolk Forum at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk, Va. this evening. Ms. Braly focused on how all aspects of the health care delivery system need to come together to improve both access to care and the quality of health care Americans receive.

Acknowledging the progress we have made in the past few years, Ms. Braly encouraged attendees to "fix what is broken, without breaking what works."

According to Ms. Braly, reform of the health delivery system must be built on three guiding principles:
