* Bear Stearns 20th Annual Healthcare Conference on September 11, 2007,

beginning at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT);

* Bank of America 37th Annual Investment Conference on September 17,

2007, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (10:00 a.m. EDT);

* Merrill Lynch Global Pharmaceutical, Biotech & MedTech Conference on

September 19, 2007, beginning at 10:40 a.m. British Summer Time

(5:40 a.m. EDT).
