Weight Watchers Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE: WTW) today announced that its Board of Directors declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share of common stock, which corresponds to an annual dividend rate of $0.70 per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable on July 17, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2009.
