Study and webinar series feature eight model methods for effective prospect research

BETHESDA, Md., March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- WealthEngine has released its first in a series of best practice reports aimed at showcasing how charities are using prospect research efficiently and with success at their organizations. The first report, on healthcare fundraising, includes survey responses from 60 hospitals and healthcare organizations, case studies and supplemental materials for implementing the eight suggested best practices. Further information on these best practices will be shared during a preview webinar on Friday, March 6 at 2 PM or Thursday, March 12 at 2 PM.

"For the past year, we've taken model programs from our healthcare clients and coupled them with our expert knowledge on prospect research to identify eight best practices for healthcare fundraising," explains Tony Glowacki, President & CEO of WealthEngine. "These tactics go beyond our FindWealth products and are invaluable for development offices wanting to apply both established and emerging practices in the areas of grateful patient programs, peer screening, implementation planning and more. Every healthcare organization can benefit from this report, particularly in the current economic environment where fundraising effectiveness is more important than ever before."

Best Practices for Prospect Research in Healthcare Fundraising is being offered with a series of three webinars detailing the best practices so participants can delve deeper into each suggestion and benefit from professional advice. "I look forward to speaking with participants during the webinar series about my experience with integrating our wealth screening data into our donor management system (DMS) and creating a seamless workflow for prospecting," says Alex Sydnor, Executive Director of the Beebe Medical Foundation. Additional guest speakers are scheduled to share their knowledge in the webinars.
