Watson-Marlow Peristaltic Pumps
For high purity and transfer applications, our 520, 620 and 720 pumps deliver the best combination of pump and drive technology, meeting the quality control demands for high purity, accuracy and reliability expected in today's highly tuned, validated processes.

Watson-Marlow's 520, 620 and 720 process pumps cater to the sanitary demands of pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers. Watson-Marlow's new Bp pump brings the advantages of PROFIBUS networking to the well-known benefits of peristaltic pumping, making it easy and efficient for customers to integrate this sealless, valveless pump technology into their PROFIBUS control system. With two way real-time communications, the Bp range offers increased diagnostic capability and faster responsiveness, helping optimize process controllability while minimizing plant downtime and maintenance. The Bp range's PROFIBUS compatibility also minimizes capital cost by reducing the complexity of installation wiring and associated engineering time and hardware. Backed by a 5-year warranty, the Watson-Marlow Bp pump provides the ultimate solution for process pumping reliability.

Validation is made easy with the single-use flow path design - only the disposable tube touches the fluid. These contamination-free pumps have ultimate controllability with over 3,600:1 speed range, 0.1 rpm resolution and accuracy within ± 0.5%

Flexicon aseptic filling systems:
Watson-Marlow's Flexicon fillers offer a range of products from stand-alone units for hand filling, through semi-automatic systems, to fully automatic filling, stoppering and capping machines. The fully automatic systems are customized to fit any glass vial, plastic bottle, test tube, eye-dropper, or non-self standing microtube. All our fillers simplify cleaning validation by using peristaltic technology with a single-use flowpath.

Watson-Marlow High Purity Tubing:
