GUILFORD, Conn., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- genX International, Inc and IVFonline, LLC (genX international and IVFonline) today warned that counterfeit Coda(R) products are being sold to some IVF clinics. These products are NOT manufactured, sold or distributed by genX International and IVFonline. Therefore, genX International and IVFonline does not guarantee these counterfeit Coda(R) products and genX International cannot guarantee that the products are free from contamination, in compliance with FDA regulations for medical devices, or should be used at all.

While the investigation is ongoing, genX International and IVFonline believe that the counterfeit products are being sold on the Internet and through other channels. The counterfeit products include Coda(R) Tower replacement filters, Coda(R) Lo-boy replacement filters, Coda(R) Incubator filters, and Coda(R) In-line filters. The counterfeit products are not manufactured or distributed by genX International and IVFonline, and these units have no connection with genX International and IVFonline. genX International and IVFonline are working diligently to identify and stop those responsible for the sale and distribution of these counterfeit products.
