Voyance and ASCA Announce Strategic Partnership to Better the ASC Industry

Branford, CT (PRWEB) May 23, 2013

Voyance, the ASC industry’s leading provider of patient satisfaction and perception management tools, and ASCA, the industry’s national membership association, are working closely to develop the new ASCA Benchmarking Program. Voyance will leverage their decade of expertise in surveying technology and national benchmarking experience to support ASCA’s goal to provide the ASC industry with a comprehensive, state-of-the-art benchmarking tool.

“Voyance is both excited and proud to work hand-in-hand with ASCA on this initiative,” notes Paul Faraclas, Voyance’s President and CEO. “ASCA demonstrated good leadership by reaching out to the industry for feedback and suggestions on their former program, and took the time to listen. Together, we are developing an operational blueprint that seeks to balance benefits for all centers in all specialties. Key metrics tied to evidence-based process adherence and leading outcome measures will be captured along with data that evaluates operational excellence. By requesting interim feedback from several industry and domain experts, both Voyance and ASCA are confident that the Benchmarking Program will be invaluable to the ASC industry.”

The ASCA Benchmarking Program will be 100% internet-based, and built entirely within an InterSystems platform, which offers unparalleled technology capabilities. The design focuses on industry relevant data, while the technology will optimize usability. Reports will provide accurate and reliable data to participants, and will offer industry and specialty-specific benchmarks that will allow for centers to have multiple levels of peer benchmarks. For simplicity, everything will be made available within a single ASCA Benchmarking Program portal.

“ASCA is excited to be working with Voyance to create this benchmarking program that we expect to be an essential tool for all ASCs to use long-term to ensure their facility’s success,” commented Bill Prentice, Chief Executive Officer of ASCA. “I can’t wait for our members to experience this new program and all that it has to offer them.”

Voyance and ASCA share a long term commitment to the success of the ASC industry, and ASCA Benchmarking will enhance the quality of services and care provided to patients, employees, and physicians. To learn more about ASCA Benchmarking, please click here and check back frequently for updates.
