Vocollect Healthcare Systems Names Michael French as Vice President of Customer Experience

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Inc., the leader in voice-assisted care for the long-term care industry, announces that it has named Michael French as Vice President of Customer Experience. French assumes the role effective December 1st.

French's career spans more than 11 years in consulting and operations leadership roles, serving diverse industries including healthcare, life sciences/pharmaceutical, manufacturing, energy, public sector/non-profit, and financial services. His portfolio of experience spans large-scale enterprise application implementations for Siebel(R), JDEdwards(R), and Oracle(R); business-driven information technology transformation for global Fortune 500 companies; and over 300+ successful business process transformation initiatives.
