VitaminSpice Signs Agreement With Former CEO of Wal-Mart Stores Division for US Distribution

WAYNE, Pa., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VitaminSpice (OTC Bulletin Board: VTMS)(German WKN: A0YCND) VitaminSpice announces that it has signed an agreement with Bill Fields' consulting firm, Fields Texas Unlimited, for introducing their products into the US market. VitaminSpice (www.VitaminSpice.net) holds a privileged position as being first-to-market with their line of vitamin-enhanced spices, utilizing a proprietary micro-encapsulation process.

CEO Ed Bukstel commented, "Mr. Fields' experience in retail in North America is unparalleled and will give VitaminSpice immediate credibility with all the major chains and distributors throughout the US and Canada."

Bill Fields has recently joined the VitaminSpice Board of Directors, and is standing behind this commitment with the vast support and resources of Intersource Enterprises, in a bid to capture a share of the increasingly wealthy Chinese market as well as the US market through Fields Texas Unlimited. Mr. William R. Fields is Chairman of Intersource Enterprises Ltd., and China Horizons Management Ltd. Previously, Mr. Fields served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Factory 2-U Stores, Inc. from 2002 to 2003, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson's Bay Company from 1997 to 1999 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blockbuster Entertainment Group, a division of Viacom, Inc., from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Fields has also held numerous positions with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., which he joined in 1971. He left Wal-Mart in March 1996 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wal-Mart Stores Division, and Executive Vice President of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
