Drs. Spencer Richlin and Joshua Hurwitz Earn Patient’s Choice Awards

Norwalk, CT (PRWEB) June 2, 2010 -- Drs. Spencer Richlin and Joshua Hurwitz of Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT) received Patients’ Choice Awards for consistently being on time for appointments. Vitals.com readers rated the reproductive endocrinologists as “Leading On-Time Doctors” because they have a wait time of less than 10 minutes, compared to the national average of 21 minutes, an achievement that only 3 percent of the nation’s 720,000 physicians can claim.

Both fertility doctors have previously been recognized by Vitals.com and its readers for their stand-out treatment of patients with the “Patients Choice Award” for their excellence in the following categories: accurate diagnosis, spends time with me, follow up, ease of appointment, promptness, courteous staff, bedside manner. Dr. Richlin received the award earlier this year, and Dr. Hurwitz in 2009.

“Part of our goal at RMACT is to reduce stress in our patients’ lives, even in practical ways like being on time for appointments and providing flexible office hours and multiple locations,” says Dr. Richlin, who is the Surgical Director and a Fertility Specialist with RMACT, as well as the Division Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility at Norwalk Hospital. “We believe that we can help our patients to successfully become pregnant by providing excellent medical care, as well as by partnering with them on their fertility journey.”

Dr. Richlin is Board Certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology, Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

“We respect our patients, and that means respecting their time as well as their experience during fertility treatment,” says Dr. Hurwitz, a Fertility Specialist with RMACT and the Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility services in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences of Danbury Hospital.

Dr. Hurwitz is board certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is a member of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists, Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
