Visiprise Named One of the Top Manufacturing Technology Providers
Date:3/26/2008

ATLANTA, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Visiprise, Inc., a leader in manufacturing execution systems (MES) for the integrated enterprise, announced today it has been named to START-IT magazine's START-IT 125 list.

The START-IT 125 list is compiled by the editors and editorial advisors of START-IT magazine to recognize the top companies providing technology solutions to the manufacturing market.

Visiprise's flagship solution, Visiprise Manufacturing, is a manufacturing execution system (MES) for discrete manufacturers. The solution captures, shares, and stores manufacturing data while integrating with ERP, PLM and other business systems to provide complete visibility across the manufacturing enterprise.

"Each year, we see more change in the manufacturing industry and the available technology, and each year the editors of START-IT must be more critical in examining the top 125 technology providers," said Peggy Smedley, editorial director of START-IT. "The START-IT 125 lets our readers know what the best solutions are, who can provide them, and how they can help manufacturers improve business practices."

This recognition continues the momentum that began in 2005 when Visiprise was named to the publication's 2005 Hottest Companies list. In 2006 Visiprise was named to the Hottest Companies list and was picked as one of only three MES vendors to be recognized on the 2006 START-IT 125 list. In 2007 Visiprise was again selected for the START-IT 125 list and gained further recognition when Visiprise Manufacturing was selected as one of START-IT's top 50 technologies.

"We continue to maintain our position as an MES market leader," said Carter Johnson, senior vice president of corporate development at Visiprise. "Our achievements in 2007 are leading to success in new markets and geographies in 2008. This recognition reflects a consistent record of success that our company has worked diligently to achieve on behalf of our customers and partners."
