Date:6/15/2009

LEXINGTON, Ky., June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VirtualHealth Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VHGI) announced today that it has finalized its agreement to partner with Silk Information Systems, Inc. (SILK) to provide Web-based Electronic Health Records, Revenue Cycle Management and Billing solutions with no cost of entry to its base of 1,500 medical practice clients through VHGI's subsidiary Medical Office Software (MOS).

MOS will now have the ability to provide their customers the automation and auditing contr
