Million Dollar Body(TM) Is Awarding Over One Million Dollars to Help People

Lose Weight and Get in Better Shape

ANAHEIM, Calif., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Fitness website MillionDollarBody.com has just announced a $50,000 Grand Prize winner in its Million Dollar Body Game(TM), an ongoing incentive competition that is giving away over $1,000,000 this year to spur people to lose weight and get in shape. Jacob Anderson from Virginia Beach, VA appeared today in Anaheim along with five other $50,000 winners and two $250,000 winners.

Since winning the competition in August 2007, he lost 17 pounds and 25.3 pounds of fat loss. He lost six combined inches in his chest, waist and hips.

His story is amazing. After decades of neglecting his health, Jacob had a wake up call in August, 2006. He was morbidly obese at 295 pounds on his 5 foot 8.5 inch frame. He and his wife went to a convention, his first trip in years. Jacob wanted to dance with his wife as he did years ago. Instead, he was embarrassed by his size particularly when he saw photos later.

After his annual physical, Jacob's blood pressure and cholesterol were high. The doctor warned that he was at high risk for heart attack and stroke and was pre-diabetic. He was already being treated for obstructive sleep apnea. "At age 50, I felt 70. I knew I needed to change and was finally ready to listen," John recalled.

The doctor laid out a tough demand. He ordered John to lose 90 pounds. Six weeks later, Jacob had shed 23 pounds and his blood pressure was down to normal. By his next annual checkup, he had lost an amazing 107 pounds and all his stats were normal.

How did Jacob do it? "Purely with diet and exercise, exactly what all experts tell you to do," he said. "I began by controlling my carbohydrate intake and watching my portions. I cut out all sodas, junk food, fast food, flour, sugar, and empty starches."

"My biggest obstacle was getting started wi
