Game Crazy Offers Tips on How to Keep Commitments the Whole Year Through

According to recent NPD data, more than 9 million Wii Fit units have been sold since the game's introduction. The game focuses on personal fitness and allows players to complete dozens of exercises including yoga, aerobics and strength training.
