The Charmin Restrooms are once again located at 1540 Broadway in Times Square between West 45th and West 46th Street and are open to the public from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm seven days a week. The Restrooms will be open all day on Thanksgiving and until 6pm on Christmas Eve and 3pm on New Year's Eve. The Restrooms will be closed Christmas day.
