Prior to joining HNCL Search, Vicky was Vice President of Worldwide Recruitment at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. Before Warner Bros., she spent six years at Heidrick & Struggles and seven years at SpencerStuart helping to build the Media & Entertainment Practices at both firms into industry leaders. During this period, she advised a number of high-profile clients including Disney, MGM, Fox, Universal, MTV and CBS as well as medium and small-sized entrepreneurial organizations.
