Vical Announces News Release and Conference Call Schedule for 2007 Financial Results

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vical Incorporated (Nasdaq: VICL) today announced that the company will report financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007, before the opening of trading on Thursday, February 21, and conduct a conference call and webcast to discuss the financial results and provide a company update at noon Eastern Time on Thursday, February 21. The call is open on a listen-only basis to any interested parties. The company will provide details on independent and partnered development programs in the conference call and webcast.
