Date:7/18/2009

New associate to call on 20 years of legal experience in assisting clients with wide range of personal injury matters

Wilmington, Del. (Lexis Nexis) July 18, 2009 -- The Freibott Law Firm, P.A., a Wilmington, Del.-based law firm with special expertise in handling personal injury and wrongful death cases, today announced that a new associate has joined the firm.

Steven Mones, a Delaware native with 22 years of experience as an attorney, has been named an associate in the Freibott firm and is now providing legal counsel to clients regarding a wide range of personal injury matters, from automobile accidents and slip and fall cases to workplace injuries and medical malpractice disputes.

Mones earned his law degree from the Widener University School of Law (formerly Delaware Law School) and his undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y. He has practiced personal injury law for approximately 20 years and has worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides in everything from insurance commissioner arbitrations to jury trials, giving him a unique understanding of how to best litigate personal injury disputes. Mones has tried cases in virtually every Delaware court and is admitted to the bar in both Delaware and Virginia.

"Steve is a highly experienced attorney with deep roots in the Delaware community, so he is an ideal associate to join our firm," said Frederick Freibott, founding partner of The Freibott Law Firm.
