(NYSE: VTR) ("Ventas" or the "Company") said today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.475 per share, payable in cash on December 28, 2007, to stockholders of record on December 7, 2007. The dividend is the fourth quarterly installment of the Company's $1.90 per share 2007 annual dividend.
