LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) ("Ventas" or the "Company") said today that Lisa M. Brush, Senior Vice President -- Senior Housing Development and Operations, has resigned to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities on the operating side of the senior living business.

Before joining Ventas, Brush was the Chief Operating Officer of Sunrise Senior Living REIT, which Ventas acquired.
