Vendormate and CHCA Finalize Agreement to Offer Compliance and Security Solutions to Children's Hospitals
Date:2/13/2008

ATLANTA, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Vendormate, Inc. announced today its agreement with Child Health Corporation of America (CHCA) to make Vendormate VISION(TM), its vendor information, compliance and security solution, available to CHCA children's hospitals. Vendormate VISION(TM) is used by leading health care providers like CHCA hospitals to better manage the increasingly complex requirements of government-mandated regulations including HIPAA, Stark Law, OIG and OFAC as well as reinforce their own organizational policies.

Alan Edwards, Director of Materials Management at Children's Medical Center Dallas, is currently an active Vendormate VISION user. "I wanted to integrate the controls of my materials management processes with my compliance and security needs. I use Vendormate VISION to cross-link activity in the hospital halls with our compliance records. This way only the most qualified vendor partners are on site and meeting with our physicians and staff. It eliminates time wasted meeting with vendors who don't meet our standards," noted Edwards.

Hospitals in the United States must ensure that every individual and every company conducting business with them meets government regulations as well as their own standards. Based on Vendormate customer experiences, CHCA identified Vendormate VISION as the preferred solution.

"We're proud to be selected by this group that represents leading pediatric health care organizations across the United States. Our service streamlines the security, compliance, and material management process so CHCA hospitals can focus on delivering quality care to children," said Andy Monin, Vendormate CEO.
