Vein Expert in Winston-Salem, NC Participates in Elite Cleveland Clinic Seminar

Dr. Workman participated in the Cleveland Clinic's Executive Visitors' Program, held from December 5-7 in Cleveland, Ohio. The program focused on achieving excellence through system integration, and offered attendees a "deep dive" into the clinic's patient experience model.

Dr. Workman was among 24 medical executives from across the globe that participated in the three-day course. He plans to use the knowledge he gained to improve the patient experience in his own practice at Salem Skin & Vein Specialists, as well as at Forsyth Medical Center where he serves as Chief, Vascular Surgery Section.

Dr. Ray Workman is the Medical Director at Salem Skin & Vein Specialists. He is a native of North Carolina having been born and raised in Charlotte. He attained his B.S. degree from Clemson University and his M.D. degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. He then completed his general surgery internship/residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, GA. He served in the United Stat
